Delft Circuits is seeking a Fabrication and Test Engineer (Process Engineer in our function house) to work in our lab fabricating flex circuits for R&D testing and exploring new capabilities. As a Fabrication and Test Engineer (Process Engineer in our function house) you will be at the heart of our flex fabrication innovation. We are looking for two new engineers: for the Research team and for the Process Development team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll spend most of the time in the lab fabricating flexes for R&D testing, exploring new capabilities and running structured experiments to strengthen and refine our process flows. With a structured and practical mindset, you turn assignments into clear daily execution plans, document results with precision, and proactively propose the next steps that move us forward.
