Nebius is building the AI cloud infrastructure and is headquartered in Amsterdam. The Sales Operations Specialist will support contracting, billing, and cross‑functional data processes to ensure accuracy and scalable commercial operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations or related analytical roles.
• Experience working with CRM, ERP, and billing systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end contracting lifecycle (quote to signature) by validating requests, customer agreements, pricing terms and billing requirements.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance and Customer Success to enable contract execution and onboarding.
• Ensure contracts and commercial terms are reflected across internal systems and workflows.
• Handle routine and non-standard operational cases, providing solutions and escalation when needed.
• Support billing processes, configurations, and invoicing readiness.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoice issues and billing discrepancies.
• Participate in the NBA Ops Channel on-call rotation and maintain standard operational reports.
• Monitor data quality across CRM, ERP and billing systems and support analytics.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality.
