GRESB is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join a compact marketing, events and communications team in Amsterdam. The role offers broad exposure to marketing and ESG-focused communications, including hands-on digital marketing, content updates, and collaboration with internal teams.

You’ll help rebuild the GRESB website on WordPress, develop AI-assisted workflows, and contribute to media content like the Pulse podcast. A monthly internship allowance supports professional development.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management or related field.
• Interest in Sustainability/ESG and ability to work in international settings.
• Strong English communication; other languages a plus.

Responsabilités

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic intern to join our small marketing, events, and communications team. This role offers a broad range of marketing and communications experience to help you develop your professional skills and competencies. You will gain hands‑on experience in digitalmarketing and communicationsand support various marketingoperationsactivities.

Responsibilities

• Assistwith digitalmarketing operationsand updates across multiple channels, including our website, LinkedIn, newsletters, andthe GRESBinsightsblog
• Support the full rebuild of the GRESB website using WordPress, helping create, adapt, and upload content, build pages, and test for accuracy, consistency, and usability ahead of launch
• Identify inefficiencies across marketing and communications and help develop, test, and implement AI-assisted workflows using Claude and other tools to reduce manual work and improve efficiency, while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Support production of thePulse by GRESB, GRESB’s audio content series, includingrecordingand editingaudio and video content
• Help prepare, test,and send out list emails and newsletters to targeted audiencesand track relevant KPIs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams andidentifygaps, outdated information, and opportunities for improvement in marketingmaterials
• Support the application of SEO best practices, such as keyword usage and meta descriptions, to enhance online content visibility
• Providegeneral supportfor ongoing website maintenance and updates as the site evolves, including assisting with content changes, basic troubleshooting, and quality checks
• Providegeneral supportfor marketing projects and events to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes

Qualifications

• You are currently pursuing aBachelor’s or Master’sdegree in a field related toMarketing,Communications,Business, Management, Administration,EnvironmentalScienceand/or Policy; OR:
• Youstudy Business Economics,Finance, Finance, Engineering, Environmental studies orrelatedandare passionate about Sustainability and ESG issues.
• You have excellent collaboration skills witha high levelofproficiencyin written and spoken English(C1 at minimum).Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• You are very well organized anddetail-oriented, and able to work in a busy, international environment.
• You have a high degree of comfort using common software packages and online tools (Excel, Word,Powerpoint).Experience with design and editing tools (e.g., Canva,Descriptfor audio/video editing),WordPress,and Salesforce is a plus.
• You are an AI-native: comfortable using AI in your day-to-day work, with hands‑on experience using Claude and a curiosity for exploring new tools and ways of working.
• You enjoy improving processes and have a practical aptitude for automation. You can break a task into clear steps, spot opportunities to reduce repetitive work, and help turn ideas into reliable workflows.
• You bring strong critical thinking and independent judgment. You know when AI can add value, when a task needs human judgment, and how to check AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, and quality. You can think on your feet, question assumptions, and adapt when an approach is not working.
• Unfortunately, we cannot sponsor visas for this role. You must alreadypossessthe right to work in the Netherlandsor hold a valid student visa.
