YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales / Revenue Operations Expert to optimize CRM-driven workflows and data integrity for remote operations. You will configure CRM platforms and oversee revenue tools across quoting, billing, and ticketing to improve reporting and efficiency.

The role emphasizes hands-on CRM management, cross-functional collaboration, and clear documentation to support system adoption and policy improvements in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Manage revenue tools including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems.
• Build and optimize sales and customer success workflows.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting across connected systems.
• Identify and resolve operational or policy-related challenges.
• Create clear documentation, reports, and process guidelines.
