KittySpout is seeking a senior professional to own and accelerate retention across brands. You will drive email and SMS programs, lifecycle flows, and post-purchase experiences to boost lifetime value and reduce churn.

Work with the founder in a fully remote setup and scale retention to meet aggressive revenue goals. You will lead a small CX and retention team, collaborate with agencies, and deliver weekly KPI reports showing churn reduction, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Strong retention and lifecycle expertise at DTC brands.
• Proven ability to grow MRR and reduce churn via email/SMS.
• Experience building scalable flow strategies with Klaviyo or similar.
• Leadership of retention and CX teams, plus agency management.

Responsabilités

• Own subscription and churn programs across brands.
• Lead email, SMS and lifecycle strategies; manage calendars, flows and targets.
• Develop post-purchase journeys: welcome, replenishment, cross-sell, win-back, VIP.
• Oversee CX policy, drive improvements in CSAT and reviews.
• Report cohort retention and LTV by brand and channel; identify growth levers.
