KittySpout is seeking an experienced Retention Leader to own and optimize the end-to-end retention lifecycle for two rapid‑growth brands. You will drive email and SMS programs, oversee the subscription lifecycle, and manage a retention agency to deliver measurable improvements in churn, LTV, and revenue.

This fully remote role requires a data‑driven mindset, a track record of scaling subscription programs, and strong leadership to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years in retention or lifecycle at DTC brands, including leading retention at a subscription brand doing $30–50M+ annual revenue.
• Experience growing a subscription program and understanding churn, saves, cohorts and MRR inside out.
• Fluent in English and able to operate in a fully remote, international team.

Responsabilités

• Own the subscription program for both brands: offers, cadence, bundles, customer portal and cancellation flow.
• Build and test save offers, skip, swap and pause options, and win-back flows to reduce churn.
• Own email and SMS strategy for both brands, manage the retention agency's calendar, flows, targets and results.
• Build the lifecycle journey from first order to loyal customer: welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, cross-sell, win-back and VIP flows.
• Map and improve the full post-purchase journey and drive loyalty or referral programs as appropriate.
• Lead the Customer Experience function, set policy to protect customer and margin, and report KPIs weekly.
