KittySpout, a fast-growing DTC pet brand, seeks aRetention/Lifecycle leader to own subscriptions across two brands and oversee email/SMS programs. You’ll build journeys from welcome to loyalty, optimize offers, and drive higher LTV while reducing churn.

This remote, senior role requires data-driven strategy and hands-on execution. You will collaborate with the founder and a lean team to scale revenue from subscriptions and email/SMS across channels, while protecting margins and delivering

Qualificações

• 5+ years in retention or lifecycle roles at DTC brands, including subscription experience.
• Proven ability to grow subscription programs and manage churn, saves and MRR.
• Strong English communication and leadership of cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the subscription program for both brands: offers, cadence, bundles, portal and cancellation flow.
• Build and test save offers and win-back flows to cut churn.
• Lead email and SMS strategy, manage retention agency calendars and targets.
• Develop lifecycle journeys from first order to loyal customer across channels.
• Report cohort retention and lifetime value monthly and identify biggest levers.
