Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Store Design & Development to shape store concepts and deliver consumer‑ready environments across EMEALA.

You’ll translate brand direction into layouts, manage budgets, timelines, and technical requirements, and lead new stores, remodels, and wholesale spaces from concept to completion. Embedded in the Retail organization, you’ll collaborate with Real Estate, VM, Marketing, IT, Finance, and external design partners.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in architecture, interior design, retail design, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years in retail design, store development, retail construction, or project management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating retail or branded-environment design, space planning, 3D visualization.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of construction processes, permitting, fit-out, budgets, timelines, vendor management.
• Demonstrated project management capability, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, approvals, stakeholders.
• Highly organized with ability to balance creative development and disciplined delivery.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver store design concepts aligned with brand standards.
• Produce 2D/3D design materials, space plans, visualisations, and technical drawings.
• Lead store development projects from concept to completion, managing scope, programme and budgets.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to ensure cohesive brand experience.
• Maintain project documentation, contracts, budgets, cost estimates, invoices, and approvals.
