On Amsterdam is seeking a Lead Store Advisor to lead our retail team and deliver premium customer experiences. You will supervise Store Advisors, drive sales, manage daily schedules, and ensure opening/closing procedures are followed, maintaining a secure, organized store.

You will develop product knowledge, contribute to visual merchandising, manage inventory, and partner with store leadership to optimize operations.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a retail environment.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example to provide outstanding customer service.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Store Advisors; manage daily zoning schedules and coverage.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specifications and company initiatives.
• Assist with inventory and merchandising; ensure stock levels and premium display standards.
• Serve as primary contact for store leadership, IT, and facilities; support IT systems and training.
