Michael Page is seeking a Retail Space Planner to shape the customer experience across a growing European retail network from the Hoorn office. You will create and optimise store layouts, translate concepts into designs, and support new openings and rollouts in a fast-paced environment.
With at least 2 years in retail/space planning, you will work with stakeholders, use floor planning tools, and contribute to large-scale projects that impact multiple stores.
In this role, you'll help shape the customer experience across a growing retail network by creating and optimising store layouts. Working closely with multiple stakeholders, you'll translate retail concepts into effective store designs, support new store openings and rollouts, and identify opportunities to improve both customer experience and commercial performance.

You have at least 2 years of experience in retail, store planning, merchandising, category management, or a similar environment. You combine strong analytical skills with a proactive mindset and enjoy working with different stakeholders. Experience with store layouts, planograms, or space planning is a plus, as is familiarity with floor planning software. You are proficient in Microsoft Office, communicate confidently in English, and can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
