You’ll lead recruiting and training, develop visual merchandising, and coach staff to embody the brand's culture. This role offers internal growth and cross-functional exposure in a fast-paced retailer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Dutch is required
• Maintain a strong customer focus
• Knowledge of current fashion trends
• Drive to achieve results and strong work ethic
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team building and ability to coach others

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
