Job summary
Solid Recruitment in Amsterdam is seeking an Asset Manager for the Netherlands real estate portfolio. You will develop and execute asset management and leasing strategies to optimize income and asset value across office, retail, logistics, and hotels.
The role requires a degree in economics, law, or architecture (or similar) with several years in property/asset management, plus fluency in Dutch and English. Based in Amsterdam with a competitive salary and bonus scheme.
Qualifications
- Completed degree in economics, law or architecture or similar qualification, ideally property-related.
- Several years of professional experience in property or asset management.
- Excellent knowledge of the Dutch property market and cash flow calculations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement property and rental strategies for the Netherlands portfolio.
- Optimize property performance and manage budgets and business plans.
- Negotiate lease agreements and manage external service providers.
- Support acquisitions, project management and property sales.
