Job summary

PPHE Hotel Group is offering a creative internship across Europe in restaurants and bars. This role is for students currently studying and available from September 2026 for at least 6 months.

You will support the marketing team with social media management, content creation, email campaigns and PR coordination, while learning about campaigns and guest experiences across PPHE properties.

Qualifications

• Currently studying at Bachelor level in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Branding, or related field.
• Proficient in English; Dutch is a bonus.
• Experience with Canva, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop is a bonus.
• Energetic, creative and proactive with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead trend watching, content planning, engagement, scheduling and growth for social media of restaurants and bars.
• Create content for restaurants, bars and events per strategy.
• Support design of meta campaigns and creatives for restaurants, bars and events.
• Write copy and update websites for restaurants and bars.
• Coordinate PR visits for restaurants and bars.
• Design and print collateral to promote restaurants, bars, events or guest experience.
• Compile PR & Marketing reports for stakeholder meetings.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Conduct menu audits, design and printing processes.
• Internal communications to excite the business about campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure content drives, online portals and 3rd‑party listings are organized and updated.
• Support overall marketing team with administrative tasks.

At PPHE Hotel Group, we believe it is important for our interns to personally and professionally develop during their time working with us.

This position is only applicable for students who are currently studying and will be available as of September 2026 for a minimum period of 6 months.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead trend watching, content planning, engagement, scheduling and growth activity for management of social media accounts for restaurants and bars (remit TBD).
• Create content for restaurants, bars and events in line with the strategy set by the team.
• Support the design of meta campaigns and creatives for restaurants, bars and events.
• Write copy and update websites for restaurants and bars.
• Coordinate PR visits for restaurants and bars.
• Design and print collateral to promote restaurants, bars, events or to enhance the guest experience.
• Compile PR & Marketing reports for stakeholder meetings.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Conduct menu audits, design and printing processes.
• Internal communications to excite the business about campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure all content drives, online portals and 3rd‑party listings are efficiently organized and up to date.
• Support the overall marketing team efforts with ongoing administrative support.

What we are looking for

• Someone who is energetic, creative, enthusiastic and has a solid interest in restaurants, bars and hotels.
• Currently studying at Bachelor level (or higher) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Branding, or a related field.
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written); proficiency in Dutch is a large benefit.
• Eager to learn marketing and bring creativity to the table; ideas that push boundaries are welcome.
• Experience with Canva, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop is a bonus.
• Ability to set goals and accomplish them within given timeframes.
• Hands‑on, capable of working independently and enjoys teamwork.
• Highly organised with a systematic approach, strong attention to detail and execution.
• Strong analytical skills while staying curious and creative.
