Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience.

• Available to work all shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
• Achieve sales growth while maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Interview and hire qualified staff and schedule to meet guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under supervision of GM.
• Maintain inventory and cash procedures with accuracy.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and compliance with policies and regulations.
