Job summary

OrderYOYO in Amsterdam seeks an Account Manager to manage a cohort of restaurant partners and drive growth across the partner base. You will help restaurants grow, stay with us, and maximize value from our app and services.

We are building a brand-new team across multiple regions, offering a great chance to shape a new function from the start. The role requires Dutch language proficiency at least B2 and a commercially aware mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or customer-facing commercial roles.
• Commercial awareness and ability to drive revenue growth.
• Comfortable with data and turning insights into recommendations.
• Strong organisational and proactive account management skills.
• Confident phone communicator.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cohort of key restaurant partners.
• Grow GMV within accounts by increasing orders via app and website.
• Conduct regular check-ins and share feedback with product/commercial teams.
• Use CRM insights to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
• Drive adoption of products and features like marketing packages, ePOS, kiosks.
• Identify upsell opportunities on existing products and services.
• Protect retention by spotting early churn risks and acting.
