Job summary

Border Foods LLC aims to empower a General Manager to reinforce core values and lead the restaurant operation. You will build a strong team, deliver great food and a friendly guest experience while driving profitability through sound P&L management and team development.

This exempt role requires 50 hours per week, with schedule flexibility. The position offers top industry pay up to $100,000 per year, plus substantial bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays. Schedule demands may change.
• This exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to meet business and operational demands.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimizes loss through strict observance of cash handling policies, proper training of Team Members, and complying with all accounting/banking requirements.
• Demonstrates efficient labor control, inventory control, and waste management.
