Job summary

Leonardo Hotels Benelux is seeking a Reservations Trainee to be the first contact for guests via phone, email, or messaging. You will manage reservations from enquiry to arrival, handle quotations, cancellations, modifications, and complaints, while ensuring accurate payments and clear communication.

Qualifications

• EU citizen or valid work permit for the Netherlands.
• At least 1 year of experience in the hotel industry.
• MBO level thinking and working.
• Commercial mindset and guest-oriented.
• Good command of Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for guests via phone, email, or messaging.
• Manage reservations from enquiry to guest arrival.
• Handle quotations, cancellations or modifications, and manage complaints.
