Job summary

Stichting AAP is seeking a data-driven professional to join the APL team in Almere. You will enter, maintain and report animal data, support the EU-based rescue operations, and help with logistics or outplacement when needed.

You will become proficient in ZIMS and daily admin tools such as Microsoft Office, while organizing your workload with guidance from the rescue coordinator and seeking efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• You are a data guru with strong Excel and Office skills.
• You can work independently and organize your work.
• You are eager to learn new systems such as ZIMS and other admin tools.

Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and report animal data.
• Assist with operations around the EU-based rescue process.
• Assist with logistics or outplacement when necessary.
• Serve as the contact for authorities regarding animal data and official administration.
• Become an expert on animal databases such as ZIMS and daily admin tools like Microsoft Office.
• Set up your own routine with the rescue coordinator and identify efficiency improvements.
