Job summary
AAP Animal Advocacy and Protection is seeking an IT Business Partner to strengthen IT, data and processes across the NGO in Almere. You will align business needs with IT solutions, drive data management, cybersecurity and AI initiatives, and serve as the bridge between departments and IT.

Qualifications
- At least HBO/Bachelor in an IT-related field.
- Minimum 3 years of IT–business experience.
- Experience in IT project management, software implementations and IT policy.
- NGO/foundation experience is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related tools.
- Strong Dutch and English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the application landscape and functional management for IT solutions.
- Define and govern data management policies and data-driven reporting.
- Develop IT policy, processes and governance in collaboration with IT leadership.
- Advise on cybersecurity, privacy and GDPR awareness across the org.
- Identify opportunities for AI, automation and data-driven work and guide implementation.
