Job summary

SystemsAccountants Inc. is seeking an experienced OneStream Administrator / EPM Specialist to take ownership of its OneStream environment during an exciting period of expansion.

The role sits within Group Control, blending technical administration with consolidation, budgeting and forecasting processes. You will lead enhancements, improve controls, and support the integration of new entities into the reporting landscape, with hybrid working and opportunities for long-term career development.

Qualifications

• Strong OneStream administration and development experience.
• Experience creating or modifying business and validation rules.
• Understanding of consolidation, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ability to work closely with finance stakeholders.
• Experience supporting EPM/CPM platforms from a technical perspective.
• Fluent English communication skills; Dutch is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the OneStream environment and drive enhancements.
• Improve controls and align processes with consolidation, budgeting and forecasting.
• Support integration of new entities into the reporting landscape.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate requirements into system changes.

Job description

An international and rapidly growing organisation is seeking a OneStream Administrator / EPM Specialist to take ownership of its OneStream environment during an exciting period of expansion. Following the launch of a major joint venture, the company is significantly increasing the scale of its reporting operations and requires an experienced professional to help drive the next phase of system maturity and optimisation.

This position sits within Group Control and combines technical OneStream administration with exposure to financial consolidation, reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes. The successful candidate will become the internal owner of the platform, leading enhancements, improving controls and supporting the integration of new entities into the reporting landscape.

The role offers a rare opportunity to shape the future direction of a business-critical EPM platform. With substantial scope for improvement and investment, the successful candidate will have the autonomy to implement new functionality, reduce reliance on external consultants and play a visible role in a growing international organisation.
