Job summary

Catch Resource Management Ltd. is seeking a OneStream EPM Consultant to join their fast-growing team in the Netherlands.

This hybrid, full-time role focuses on implementing OneStream for financial planning and consolidation while advising on optimal design and process improvements. You will translate business requirements into solid OneStream solutions, develop in-house tools, and deliver projects across major Dutch organisations.

Qualifications

• Completed financial, technical or business education at HBO/WO level.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience within OneStream.
• Programming experience is a plus (VB or C#).
• Excellent knowledge of financial planning, consolidation, (management) reporting, or ESG in OneStream.

Responsibilities

• Implement OneStream software solutions covering financial planning and consolidation for leading Dutch organisations
• Advise clients on the optimal design of their planning and consolidation processes
• Translate business requirements into effective, well-built OneStream solutions
• Develop in-house solutions and help bring them to market
• Deliver consolidation and planning projects at prominent organisations across a range of business sectors
• Maintain close, results-focused communication with clients through a pragmatic project approach
• Organise knowledge-sharing sessions and help train junior and mid-level colleagues
• Take initiative and contribute to further growing the team

Our client, a specialist EPM consultancy, are seeking a OneStream EPM Consultant to join their fast-growing team in a full-time permanent basis. Involved in various projects, you will support our clients by implementing software solutions that support the planning and consolidation process. As well as this you will advise clients on the optimal set-up of these processes and make the necessary tools available.

Key Skills and Experience:

• A completed financial, technical or business education at the HBO or WO level;
• At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience within OneStream
• Experience with programming is a plus (VB or C#)
• Excellent knowledge of financial planning, consolidation, (management) reporting, or ESG in OneStream.
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge with others and are a true networker.
• You are goal- and customer-oriented while keeping an eye on the process.
