Job summary

Colosseum Dental seeks a Group Workday Support Specialist to handle daily administration and enhancements of Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, and Talent. You will be part of a global IT team based in Breda with opportunities for remote work.

You will partner with country HR teams to configure processes, ensure data accuracy and security, manage permissions, and support interfaces and reporting. The role requires 3–4 years of Workday experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a Master’s degree is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Workday Pro Certification is a plus.
• Experience in multi-country/multi-entity organisations is desirable.
• 3–4 years of Workday experience in HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, and Talent is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support daily administration and improvements of Workday modules including HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance & Talent.
• Configure and manage business processes, releases, testing, and reporting in Workday.
• Partner with country HR teams to optimize Workday functionality across entities.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and privacy through audits and change management.
• Manage permissions, access, and interface integrations to support end users.
