Job summary

Colosseum Dental Group in Breda is seeking a skilled Workday Support Specialist to manage the daily administration and enhancements of Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, and Performance & Talent as part of the global IT team. The role offers potential for remote work.

You will partner with country HR teams, ensure data accuracy and security, manage interfaces, create reports, and monitor Jira tickets to support a data-driven HR platform across 11 countries.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of Workday experience configuring and supporting multiple Workday functional areas including Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance & Talent.
• Analytical skills including data analysis, interpretation and reporting.
• Stakeholder management and BAU support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration and improvements of Workday modules including troubleshooting and monitoring.
• Assist in configuring and implementing product enhancements in Workday, including testing and releases.
• Partner with country HR teams to manage business processes in Workday.
• Ensure data accuracy, security and privacy through audits and change management.
