Job summary

Colosseum Dental is seeking a skilled Workday Support Specialist to drive daily administration and enhancements of Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance & Talent. Based in Breda with flexible remote options, you will join the global IT team to standardize HR technology across 11 countries and enable data-driven decision making.

You will configure, test and deploy updates, partner with country HR teams to optimize processes, and ensure data security.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years Workday experience across Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Perf & Talent.
• Strong data analysis, reporting and analytical skills.
• Experience with BAU support and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday modules and troubleshoot day-to-day issues.
• Configure enhancements, test releases, and maintain the system.
• Partner with country HR teams to tailor business processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, security and privacy through audits.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Workday Support Specialist to support the daily administration and product enhancements of Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance & Talent. As part of the global IT team, you will have the opportunity to impact the global organisation by implementing best practices and improvements in our HR Technology and driving our data-driven culture.

This role will be based out of our offices Breda with opportunities for remote work.

What You Will Own

• -Supporting the day-to-day administration and improvements of Workday, including troubleshooting, monitoring of various Workday modules and our ATS solution
• -Participating in the review and implementation of product enhancements in Workday platform including system configuration, maintenance updates incl. releases and testing to provide value to the organisation
• -Partnering with country HR teams to configure and manage the business processes to leverage Workday functionality
• -Ensuring data accuracy, security, and data privacy standards are met through reviews, testing, change management, routine data audits and validation
• -Managing permissions, access, personalisation, and similar system operations and settings for end users
• -Supporting existing interface integrations and EIBs to subsystems including monitoring recurring processes and interfaces to ensure successful execution
• -Creating Workday reports, dashboards and analytics to support the organisation, including data mining support to the audit and legal departments when needed
• -Monitoring JIRA ticketing and providing necessary support on various requests

What You Bring

• -3-4 years of Workday experience configuring and supporting multiple Workday functional areas, including Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance &Talent, Custom Report Development. Experience with Learning or Benefits is a plus.
• -Analytical skills including data analysis, interpretation and reporting
• -Stakeholder Management and experience with BAU support

Strongly preferred

• -Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field
• -Experience in multi-country/multi-entity organisations, ideally with a distributed operating model
• -Experience deploying various modules
