Job summary

Ethos is a remote-friendly opportunity for venture-capital associates to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for startup fundraising workflows. The role is flexible, with 5-20 hours per week and an ASAP start.

You will craft, evaluate, and refine pitch decks, data room indexes, investor memos, cap table summaries, and term sheet summaries, collaborating with a network of investors to ensure precision and clarity. Compensation is $100 per hour.

Qualifications

• Direct experience building pitch decks, data room indexes, or investor update memos for startups or funds.
• Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheet structuring, and the reporting standards LPs and institutional investors expect.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Support pitches, data rooms, investor memos, cap table summaries, and term sheet summaries for LPs and investors.
