Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced investor relations professionals to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Join a flexible, remote engagement with 5-20 hours per week, starting ASAP.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated investor materials including pitch decks, memos, cap table summaries, and LP reports. Candidates with 5+ years in startup fundraising or venture capital are preferred, and you will work on a custom workflow with rapid feedback

Qualifications

• Direct experience building pitch decks, data room indexes, or investor update memos for fundraising.
• Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheet structuring, and LP/institutional reporting standards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.
