Job summary

HLTH is building a high-impact creator program and seeks a creator program lead to own the end-to-end process from sourcing to briefing and delivery. You will collaborate with the creative and paid media teams to turn winning angles into briefs and manage creator partnerships that perform in paid social.

You will focus on maintaining a strong roster, signing new creators, and driving performance through feedback and optimization, with a remote-first setup and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sourcing UGC creators or running influencer campaigns.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to judge hooks, authenticity and paid performance.
• Able to manage a large roster without drops and follow-ups.
• Experience with a creator database and asset filing workflows.
• Able to negotiate rates, usage rights and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Source creators on Instagram, TikTok and X who fit the brand and paid-social creative.
• Evaluate on-camera presence, hooks, lighting, reliability, and ad viability.
• Keep roster warm between briefs and communicate best practices.
• Finish briefs from the creative strategist and finalize usage details and deadlines.
• Own delivery timelines, unblock creators, and review files against the brief.
• Organise delivered assets by naming conventions for easy access by the team.
• Coach creators on hooks, pacing, framing and energy for improved delivery.
• Audit roster to decide who to keep or drop based on quality and performance.
• Provide bi-weekly reporting on creator activity and outcomes.
