Job summary

Donaldson Nederland B.V. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sustainable revenue growth across the Netherlands.

You will sell industrial air filtration and dust collection systems, support resellers and end customers, and develop tailored technical solutions from a home base while visiting customer sites. You will manage key accounts, expand your customer base, and collaborate with project engineering to deliver customized solutions.

Qualifications

Degree or vocational training with technical background.
Several years of sales experience with technical, consultative products.
Fluent Dutch and good English skills.
High willingness to travel and ability to work from home.

Responsibilities

Full responsibility for sustainable and profitable revenue growth within your sales territory.
Active sales of industrial air filtration systems, dust collection, and related services.
Independent management, development, and expansion of your customer base (resellers, OEMs, end users).
Technical consultation of customers and development of customized solutions in close cooperation with internal departments (e.g., project engineering).
Identification and development of new market segments to strengthen market presence.
Establishment of long‑term customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service.
CRM‑supported sales management, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and documentation of all sales activities.
Close collaboration with internal project and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of customer projects.
Travel: up to 40%.
