Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Netherlands who will drive sustainable, profitable revenue growth in the assigned territory from a home office and on client sites. You will sell industrial air filtration and dust collection systems, support resellers and end customers, and collaborate with project engineering to deliver tailored solutions, traveling up to 40%.

Residence in the territory is required, with fluent Dutch and strong English, and a technical background.

Qualifications

• Completed degree or vocational training, preferably with a technical background.
• Several years of sales experience with technical, consultative products.
• Fluent Dutch and good English skills.
• High willingness to travel up to 40% and reside within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for sustainable and profitable revenue growth within your sales territory.
• Active sales of industrial air filtration systems, dust collection, and related services.
• Independent management, development, and expansion of your customer base (resellers, OEMs, end users).
• Technical consultation of customers and development of customized solutions in close cooperation with internal departments (e.g., project engineering).
• Identification and development of new market segments to strengthen market presence.
• Establishment of long-term customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service.
• CRM-supported sales management, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and documentation of all sales activities.
• Close collaboration with internal project and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of customer projects.
