Waters, a global leader in life sciences, is seeking a Customer Remote Support (CRS) Agent for the BD COR platform across the EMEA region. The role focuses on delivering expert remote troubleshooting, maintaining system uptime, and collaborating with field teams and internal experts to resolve complex issues in a regulated healthcare environment.

You will troubleshoot instrument, software, and process-related issues, escalate when needed, and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline.
• Experience in remote technical support and troubleshooting of diagnostic, medical, or electronic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to apply scientific and technical principles to customer issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills across stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and documentation in a quality-regulated environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for BD COR across the EMEA region.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using logs, databases, connectivity checks, and workflow-based analysis.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and internal specialists when on-site intervention or escalation is needed.
• Monitor system performance trends and contribute to proactive service improvements.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and reporting in line with quality requirements.
• Participate in technical training and knowledge sharing across EMEA.
• Contribute to weekday on-call coverage to ensure continuous service.
