Job summary

Camunda is seeking a Technical Account Manager to partner with our most strategic enterprise customers, guiding them from onboarding to scalable adoption of our platform. You’ll act as the primary technical advisor, navigating challenges and turning complex technology into clear business value for diverse teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in enterprise software, hands-on experience with Java, Python or C#, strong DevOps knowledge (Kubernetes), and a proven track record building trusted

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Technical Account Manager or similar in enterprise software.
• Hands-on with Java, Python, or C# in enterprise contexts.
• Strong knowledge of modern solution architectures and DevOps topics (Kubernetes).
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strategic, collaborative problem-solving mindset with client-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel on-site up to 50% during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for designated enterprise customers through adoption.
• Design and execute tailored technical adoption plans.
• Provide hands-on guidance and best practices from onboarding to operations.
• Identify and remove risks by platform health checks and escalation management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Camunda teams to drive outcomes at scale.
• Spend time on-site with accounts to deepen partnerships.
