Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager – Strategy & Impact Business Enablement based in the Netherlands.

You will lead strategic initiatives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and oversee the full delivery lifecycle with senior leaders and external partners. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and executive decision support, while applying Agile and hybrid methods to streamline delivery and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of overall business experience with three to four years leading projects or transformation initiatives.
• Post-secondary education in Project Management, Business Admin, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, or related discipline preferred.
• PM/PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and business enablement initiatives end-to-end across the lifecycle.
• Define objectives, scope, success measures, dependencies, schedules and governance.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping to establish clear business needs.
• Monitor risks, issues, and change requests with escalation options as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to align deliverables and communications.
• Prepare executive updates and options analyses for decision making.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery with backlog and roadmap planning.
• Coordinate with communications, marketing, digital, events, and partnerships.
• Improve governance, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement maturity.
• Coach teams on delivery practices in a dynamic environment.
