Job summary

Stichd is seeking a Project Manager in Den Bosch, the Netherlands, to drive strategic projects that align new or revised ways of working with enabling technology. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across product, sales, operations, finance and IT to deliver measurable results within scope, time, and budget.

The role emphasizes translating strategy into tactical plans, leading diverse stakeholders, and maintaining a big-picture view while delivering concrete actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management or another relevant field.
• Knowledge of PM methods such as PRINCE2, IPMA, Agile or similar.

Responsibilities

• Define the executional approach for project scope and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans including resources, timelines and budget.
• Lead teams in implementing project plans and assign tasks.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement countermeasures.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Track expenses and prepare financial reports related to project expenditures.
• Communicate status and escalations to senior management and program stakeholders.
• Oversee project closure and hand over deliverables to stakeholders.
