Job summary

Areti Group is seeking aSenior Commercial Director to win new clients, grow strategic accounts, and drive revenue across the UK and Europe. The role emphasizes building enduring relationships, shaping tailored solutions, and leading cross‑functional teams to deliver transformation projects.

You will engage founders, CEOs, CMOs and eCommerce leaders; manage high‑value engagements; and represent the brand at industry events while expanding market presence.

Qualifications

• Experience selling complex digital, technology, consulting or transformation services.
• Backgrounds could include technology consultancies, systems integrators, SaaS providers, digital transformation businesses or commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Winning New Clients: identify and engage brands needing eCommerce, digital and transformation expertise; pitch services and convert opportunities into signed contracts.
• Growing Existing Clients: build long‑term relationships, uncover future opportunities, increase account value, ensure ongoing value from the partnership.
• Selling Solutions, Not Products: shape tailored solutions with strategy, creative and technical teams; develop proposals and negotiate scope/pricing.
• Owning Revenue Growth: drive revenue growth; measure success by new business wins, revenue, conversion rates and strategic account growth.
• Being the Face of the Business: represent the organisation, attend events, network with senior stakeholders, develop partnerships and market presence.
