Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to sell service solutions to hospitals across Western Europe, with a focus on Benelux and the Alpine region. This remote/hybrid, office-based role supports the service business and collaborates with country sales teams and district managers.

You will build customer relationships by phone and face-to-face meetings, manage opportunities in SFDC, respond to tenders, and provide accurate service forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required or equivalent.
• Fluency in English, German and Dutch is essential.
• Strong ability to prioritize and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal communication across internal/external stakeholders.
• French language is a plus for this role.

Responsibilities

• Build connections with customers via phone and meetings to discuss service agreements.
• Identify and maintain opportunities in SFDC for service contracts.
• Collaborate with Western Europe sales, District Sales Managers, and reps.
• Consult on the best service solutions for sales opportunities and financial deals.
• Support country teams with tender questions and timely responses.
• Provide accurate service forecasts to leadership and managers.
• Share best practices with Inside Sales colleagues in other markets.
