Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Security Engineer III - Security Operations to join a globally distributed team focused on protecting cloud infrastructure in a modern payments environment.

You will own detection and response initiatives, build and tune SIEM detections across Elastic SIEM and AWS, automate workflows using Python and no-code tools, and contribute to audit-ready security controls within SOC 2 and PCI DSS frameworks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and tuning SIEM detections. Experience with Elastic is preferred, while Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or comparable platforms is also relevant.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver end-to-end detection and response initiatives, from creating detection rules to implementing automated response workflows.
