Grafana Labs is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the Netherlands. The role focuses on guiding users and prospects through the Grafana journey, partnering with the Sales Team to identify opportunities, and developing transferable skills for career growth within a fast‑growing, open‑source–driven environment.

You will balance inbound and outbound work, craft value‑add messaging, and use AI to boost productivity, all while joining a diverse team across more than 15 countries.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to adapt and take on tasks with quality.
• Located in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on inbound leads effectively and efficiently.
• Use multi‑channel outreach (email, social, calling) to proactively reach new leads.
• Research and prioritize target accounts to tailor outreach.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to win as a team.
• Use Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management.
• Drive discovery conversations to understand users’ needs and goals.
• Meet pipeline targets and contribute to revenue goals.
