Job summary

Google Cloud’s Mandiant team seeks a senior cybersecurity consultant to advise clients on technical and process controls, conduct red/blue team assessments, and expand offensive security capabilities. You will deliver detailed reports to executives and mentor staff across engagements, collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, cybersecurity or equivalent.
• 3 years of cybersecurity solution assessment and development across multiple domains.
• Experience in four or more areas: network protocols, threat intel, admin, project management, app development, incident response, code review, reverse engineering.
• Experience with Linux security or other OS security.
• Experience in offensive security.

Responsibilities

• Provide cybersecurity consulting on technical and process controls for various environments.
• Perform Red and Purple team assessments and adversarial emulation.
• Expand capabilities through tool creation and threat research; share knowledge internally.
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for technical and executive audiences.
• Lead engagements from kickoff through remediation and mentor staff.
