Job summary

DBR Groep is seeking a Senior Security Consultant to own security implementations across IAM, PAM, endpoint security, and cloud hardening in an international Microsoft‑focused IT environment. You will drive from assessment to design and delivery, implementing Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, MDM/MAM, and Conditional Access while aligning with CIS Benchmarks and Azure foundations.

The role stresses hands-on delivery alongside architecture and stakeholder management across IT Infrastructure, Enterprise

Qualifications

• Strong experience with IAM, PAM and Identity Governance.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with MDM and MAM.
• Knowledge of Conditional Access and endpoint security.
• Experience hardening server and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of CIS Benchmarks, including CIS Azure Foundations.
• Experience delivering security implementations across international environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess IAM and PAM landscape and shape future state.
• Design scalable target architecture and security policies.
• Implement and improve identity lifecycle processes.
• Strengthen privileged access controls.
• Improve access governance.
• Implement and maintaining least-privilege principles.
• Strengthen device and application security (MDM/MAM).
• Configure Intune security controls and compliance requirements.
• Support global onboarding of corporate devices and CA policies.
• Define and apply endpoint security baselines.
