Jobgether SRL in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Project Manager–Strategy & Impact Business Enablement to lead strategic initiatives and transformation efforts. You will oversee the full delivery lifecycle, align with business priorities, and work with senior leaders across functions and partners.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management, and executive decision-making within Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks, aiming to drive measurable organizational impact.

Competenze

• 5–8 years overall business experience, including 3–4 years leading projects, programs, or change initiatives.
• Post-secondary education in PM, Business Admin, Marketing, Commerce, Communications or related field preferred.
• PM certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.

Mansioni

• Lead strategic projects and business enablement initiatives across the full lifecycle.
• Define objectives, scope, success measures, constraints, and delivery plans.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to establish clear business needs.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests with escalation options.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to align deliverables.
• Prepare executive updates, status reports, and decision materials.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery with backlog and roadmaps.
