Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Technical Project Manager to drive IT and information security initiatives across distributed teams in the Netherlands. You will coordinate projects from planning to handover, ensuring ownership, clear priorities, and measurable outcomes.

You will consolidate data across Jira environments, enable informed decisions, and collaborate with IT, Security, and DevOps teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in IT/IS Project Management or related field.
• Experience delivering technology or security initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong hands-on Jira experience for project coordination and governance.
• Excellent written and spoken English with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT and security initiatives from planning to handover across multiple teams.
• Coordinate vulnerability remediation and security improvements with stakeholders.
• Maintain consolidated IT and Security initiatives across Jira environments and provide analytics.
• Provide governance, risk, and delivery dashboards to track KPIs and progress.
• Drive cross‑team collaboration and escalate blockers to maintain delivery timelines.
