Workwize is hiring an early-career Product Engineer to help shape the future of global IT equipment management. You will own ideas from sketch to running product, building prototypes quickly and iterating with real users.

You will work alongside a team that values speed, ownership, and using AI agents to accelerate delivery. Expect to ship meaningful features while learning the product domain, data flows, and system architecture.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience building and shipping products.
• Experience working with AI agents or AI tooling is a plus.
• Ability to take rough ideas to working demos quickly.
• Strong learning mindset and curiosity about product UX.

Responsibilities

• Own product ideas from sketch to shipped features.
• Prototype fast and harden worthful ideas into production.
• Use AI agents and tooling to design, test, and ship.
• Make product calls about what to build, cut, or ship.
• Set up evaluation and monitoring to confirm live impact and iterate.
