Workwize is hiring an early-career product engineer to turn rough ideas into working prototypes and ship features using AI agents. You’ll focus on pragmatic, fast delivery and learn how to balance user needs with technical feasibility.

You’ll collaborate with a small, ambitious team in Amsterdam and remote colleagues, owning parts of the product, advocating for users, and continuously improving based on real user feedback.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience with a solid technical foundation.
• Built and shipped things in a team setting.
• Experience collaborating in a product-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Turn problems into working prototypes quickly, then production features.
• Use agents and AI tooling to design, build, test, and ship.
• Make product calls on what to build, cut, and ship.
• Set up evaluation and monitoring after launch and iterate.
• Work directly with customers, support, and the product team to identify high-impact work.
