Workwize, Amsterdam-based platform for IT teams, is hiring a product engineer early in your career. You’ll own ideas from sketch to shipped feature, using AI agents to design, build, test, and deploy at pace.

You’ll collaborate with customers and the product team, decide what to build, and iterate based on live feedback. A background in shipping small tools or side projects helps you hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• Around 1–2+ years of experience building and shipping products or features.
• Ability to work with AI tooling to rapidly prototype and iterate.
• Experience collaborating in a small product team and taking ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own product ideas from sketch to working feature.
• Turn problems into fast prototypes and harden successful ones for production.
• Use AI agents to design, build, test, and ship, while validating outputs.
• Set up evaluation and monitoring to confirm live performance and iterate.
• Work directly with customers, support, and product team to identify high-leverage work.
