Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Creative Producer in the Netherlands to own the mobile gaming creative production lifecycle. You will research, develop concepts, and deliver performance-optimised campaigns, working with UA specialists, motion designers, and artists.

The role focuses on turning performance insights into actionable strategies, managing multiple projects, and delivering high-impact creative outputs in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Creative Producer in mobile gaming or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of video and motion design production workflows.
• Knowledge of user acquisition metrics (IPM, CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS).
• Experience analysing advertising creative performance and developing actionable hypotheses for A/B testing.
• Ability to translate marketing insights and performance data into effective creative concepts and production briefs.
• Strong project management and organisational skills; ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects.
• English proficiency (B1 or higher).
• Experience with playable advertising creatives and AI-powered tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse advertising creative performance and testing results to identify successful concepts and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct ongoing marketing and competitor research to identify trends, formats, visuals, and gameplay marketing mechanics.
• Develop creative strategies by generating new concepts and hypotheses aligned with user acquisition objectives.
• Identify opportunities to iterate on successful concepts and create new advertising variations.
• Prepare detailed creative briefs with concepts, references, visuals, and production requirements.
• Plan and organise creative production workflows, prioritising tasks and allocating resources.
• Oversee the entire production process from briefing to final asset delivery and revisions.
• Collaborate with UA teams, motion designers, and artists to ensure assets meet campaign objectives.
• Monitor production timelines and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Maintain documentation of assets, statuses, dates, and handovers for testing.
• Prepare regular reports on progress, testing results, and learnings.
