The Lemon Consulting is seeking a Dutch Google Ads Sales Executive to drive client growth in the Dutch market. You will onboard new clients, manage campaigns, and expand spend through proactive outreach while delivering high-touch, service-oriented solutions.

In this hybrid role based in Barcelona, you will leverage CRM tools and AI insights to optimize outreach and campaigns, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and meet ambitious sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience (MA/MSc preferred).
• Dutch language at C2 level and strong English, both written and spoken.
• 2+ years sales/marketing experience in target-driven environments.
• Regularly integrates AI tools into workflows and interprets insights to personalize outreach; CRM improvements.
• Deep understanding of Dutch market etiquette and regional digital marketing ecosystems.
• Awareness of GDPR and data privacy for compliant outreach.

Aufgaben

• Onboard new clients as trusted advisor and develop strategic PPC campaigns.
• Drive revenue growth through outbound calls and campaign upselling.
• Engage with the Dutch market to identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Maintain a high-volume client database with accurate information.
• Meet or exceed sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Build long-term relationships and provide timely resolutions to inquiries.
• Quickly adapt strategies to changing customer needs and priorities.
