Job summary

Bookboost seeks a Partnerships Manager to build, strengthen and monetise its partner ecosystem across hotel tech, PMS providers, distribution networks and resellers. You will drive revenue from partnerships by creating win-win alliances and enabling the network to perform with minimal handholding.

You will own go-to-market activities with marketing, negotiate agreements, and continuously optimise performance across the portfolio to grow the pipeline and revenue in a fast-moving hospitality tech

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel management.
• Proven revenue pipeline from partnerships and alliances.
• Ability to structure commercial terms and close deals.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data concepts.
• Fluent in English; another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue against an annual target.
• Maintain a cadence of new signed partnerships across consultants and integrations.
• Lead partner enablement: onboarding, certification, and ongoing capability building.
• Coordinate go-to-market initiatives with Marketing: content, campaigns, events.
• Negotiate and structure agreements delivering mutual value.
• Analyze portfolio performance and optimize where it works best.
