Job summary

BD is seeking an expert in COR monitoring across EMEA, tasked with protecting customer uptime for our diagnostic platform. You will work within the DS Technical Services team, reporting to the EMEA Remote Services & Instrument Performance Manager, coordinating with remote support and field teams to ensure rapid, well-governed action.

The role requires engineering/technical discipline, familiarity with monitoring dashboards, and strong English communication for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, electronics, physics, life sciences, or related technical discipline.
• Significant experience in field service, remote technical support, instrument support, or monitoring operations in diagnostics or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of connected systems, software, networking, and troubleshooting workflows; LIS and database environments are a strong advantage.
• Experience working across functions in an international organization with governance and quality compliance.
• Experience using ServiceMax and Azure DevOps is an advantage.
• Experience with databases, SQL queries and Python is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills with technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor BD COR systems and support high-quality technical decision‑making.
• Translate product updates and field learnings into practical guidance for service teams.
• Coordinate with remote and field teams to accelerate issue resolution and improve customer outcomes.
• Provide input to readiness activities for releases, upgrades, and field actions.
• Maintain governance, process discipline and service quality across regional support teams.
