Job summary

Mindray, a leading European patient monitoring innovator, seeks an experienced Modality Specialist to drive adoption of general care and vital signs solutions across hospitals and regional accounts. You will partner with sales, clinical teams and R&D to position Mindray’s offerings effectively across Europe.

This remote-based role requires 30–50% travel, fluent English, and the ability to translate complex technology into compelling clinical value for diverse healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within patient monitoring, vital signs, life support essential.
• Strong understanding of hospital workflows across general care, high dependency, critical care.
• Experience developing, communicating or delivering product value propositions.
• Product launch or go-to-market experience.
• Experience supporting sales organisations and strategic customer engagements.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel approximately 40% across Europe.
• Ability to work in your chosen European location without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support European product launches for patient monitoring solutions.
• Create and deliver compelling clinical and commercial value propositions.
• Translate technical product features into meaningful customer benefits and outcomes.
• Support strategic customer opportunities alongside sales and clinical teams.
• Training and developing regional sales teams, distributors and clinical specialists.
• Deliver high-level demonstrations and supporting complex evaluation projects.
• Provide European market feedback to Global HQ and R&D teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging clinical needs.
• Develop positioning strategies differentiating Mindray from the competition.
• Support lifecycle management and portfolio growth across Europe.
• Ensure a consistent European approach to product messaging and engagement.
