Job summary

Westlake Vinnolit is seeking a Key Account Manager (f/m/d) for PVC Pastes & Extenders to manage strategic accounts remotely across the Netherlands, Belgium and France. You will own regional sales, lead price negotiations, and build long-term customer partnerships from a fully remote setup.

The role requires a strong track record in B2B sales, strategic account development, and a fluency in English with knowledge of French or Dutch as a plus. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Commercial degree or comparable qualification.
• 5–10 years of successful B2B sales experience in chemicals/plastics.
• Proven track record in developing strategic accounts and closing complex deals.
• Business-fluent English; French or Dutch is a plus for collaboration in the region.
• Willingness to travel within the region and work fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of PVC key accounts in your region; drive sales growth and profitability.
• Lead price and contract negotiations end-to-end and build strong partnerships with customers.
• Grow existing accounts and win new business through opportunities and cross-selling.
• Monitor KPIs and market trends; turn insights into actions for Sales, Marketing and Product Management.
• Represent Westlake Vinnolit at meetings, conferences and trade fairs with Technical Service and Product Line Management.
